SA review

Hi, it has been announced in our office that there's to be a SA review and posties current SA will be reduced. Does anyone know the full legalities on this ie:- period of notice to be given etc etc? Many thanks in advance of your responses.

4 weeks notice should be given

Ok that's what I thought. They are trying to implement it next week. We are a small sub office with nine duties and are very much kept in the dark about such matters. Many thanks for your response.

They can cut the hours next week no problem, but they would need to continue paying the current SA for four weeks.
