SA payment if on leave/public holiday

Been searching for a link to the agreement where it says SA will be paid if the SA duty holder is on annual leave or if the SA falls on a public holiday.
Would appreciate any help

I've just recently signed an SA contract for that very reason, have you signed a contract as it did say on ours about holiday pay.

Thanks salomon2, it's not for me, for a friend. He thinks management are trying to avoid paying it and backdating it to 1st April 2013

tell him to ask to see his sa contract depending on when he signed it and how long he lasted for he should be able to work out how much he thinks he has missed out on

the bit I hate tbt is up to 6 weeks no chance all you can book is 4wks annual leave

sorry the other 10 days are booked as single days so no chance of getting what sa holders are due another mugs agreement from cwu.
