Bank Holiday S/A payment

Hi Folks is the Bank Holiday S A payment different to the holiday S A you get when you are on leave? Is it calculated over the previous 4weeks prior to the Bank holiday? Cheers

if you have a contracted sa which falls on a bank hol you are entitled to full payment for it and no the four week sa build up which you receive one quarter gives you an average sa hol payment prior to a full weeks holiday in the case of two weeks that would be the same for both weeks
