I find it totally disgraceful that the leaders of this union have told us nothing in over 8 weeks. RM have been keeping people informed but the pair of wasters at the top of table have told us nothing...
I was never a big fan of JOHN Keggie but he was good at PR and he could talk a deal the two at the moment are a waste of space.

Whatever the result of this dispute, I think well be saying goodbye to Billy as soon as we get the chance to vote on the matter. In a real democracy, we would get the chance to vote out that pair of Labour appointed spivs with their one day a week 'work' and their unearned bonuses.

To be fair I thought it was RM (Leighton and Crozier) who insisted on 'closed' (ie secret) negotiations.johnston65 wrote:I find it totally disgraceful that the leaders of this union have told us nothing in over 8 weeks. Don't think Billy has to stand for re-election until 2011.IWW Fellow Worker wrote:Whatever the result of this dispute, I think well be saying goodbye to Billy as soon as we get the chance to vote on the matter. Surely there must be a way to have a vote of no confidence - surely to god if you paid a brickie to do a job and he cocked it up - there would be two things, he wouldn't get any more money and you would never employ the bastard again.IWW Fellow Worker wrote:Don't worry! If we truly can't get rid of him I feel trapped into placing my future employment in the hands of an incompetent for the next - well til I retire.

Re: I thought i was the union!
Thats nothing i know of A branch who hasnt had a meeting of reps or members regarding this dispute since the vote for I.A. so how do you think the branch members there feel. No branch info. Apart from the small amounts churned out by H.Q. Just a single union rep using this site to gain as much info as poss to pass on. WHAT THE F*** IS THIS UNION ABOUT IF NOT COMMUNICATION!!! At least have brabch meetings to get views opinions across. So i doubt if my branch would get its act together to table a motion of no confidance but i would certainly vote for it.........Given the chance.johnston65 wrote:I find it totally disgraceful that the leaders of this union have told us nothing in over 8 weeks.
