Does anybody out there know what is happening - WHY has this totally unjust case gone so quiet - ARE RM going to be allowed to get away with the persecution of an innocent man - AND more importantly WHAT ARE THE UNION DOING ???
Surely after almost two years and having won two Tribunals this man and his family should have got their lives back to normality like the rest of us.

Things are progressing behind the scenes, but as we have lurkers on here best we operate under OPSPEC rules :shhhhh :shhhhh :shhhhh

I read with interest about the postman who avoided jail after being caught stealing the contents of mail. Rm planted mail in his stuff and then he was stopped just as he left the depot and the mail was found on him. Isn't it a crying shame that rm hadn't done this in the case of Dave Mitchell from Cupar. Had they done so they would have found exactly nothing as Dave was innocent. It would have saved a huge amount of heartache and Dave would still have been at work as a loyal postie.
