has anyone got a template for working out your redundancy payment we were sent one a few years ago I think it was something like 1 and a half weeks pay if you are over 41 thanks

What you are quoting is the national statutory redundancy payment and not RM. RM voluntary redundancy terms are connected to your pension, age, length of service and if you have withdrawn any part of this.
