Are RM struggling to fin any positive spin this year. Not heard anything yet.

They sent out a leaflet this week IIRC. Check the bin and litter tray.

Headcount of 23 in our unit, six people never received the form to complete. The published return rate 91%, you tell me! Absolute waste of time and money.

The key part is that most of you took the time and trouble to take part in the employee survey

Or should that be that you were rounded up, locked up in a room somewhere, bribed with coffee and biscuits and forced to fill the survey in knowing that the results will accomplish absolutely nothing.

I felt very valued today when told I couldn't have 2 days off in August (even unpaid) to attend dad's 80th birthday. I must be great if they can't do without me in 2 months time.

No coffee or biscuits for us I was ordered to fill it in! Is this royal mails new democracy and the results are the end of the means what a shocking firm to work for! Would you consider anyone you knew work for royal mail big X in the negative box.

just wondering if there is a copy of the full results anywhere , (the full answer to the questions not just the spin) I have to say I am not hopeful

, we have not even seen the doctored leaflet.

Can't remember the last time we were told the HYS results. As ours consist almost entirely of complaints about our DOM I can understand why he'd want to hide them, but you'd think somebody upstairs at RM might have taken some notice, but then again......................
