Hi I was wondering if anyone knew if it was possible to use the wallington system but over 5 days instead of 6 but still working enough hours to get the 6 week off. This was something that was proposed to us working night's.

If they have enough work for you to do to cover the extra 39 hours you would need to do over the 5 weeks then yes, anything is possible.

Any work pattern is possible if it can be justified in the overall work plan and is efficient.

We have some staff who work 18 hours a week. Get paid 15 hours and then have their sixth week off. As long as your hours add up over the six week period anything is possible
