The amount of part-timers doing full-time work is a joke, how has the union let this go on for so long? If all PTers worked to rule for a couple of weeks, we should soon get made up to FT.

I believe they tried this somewhere in the East Midlands ,didn't take long for management to back down. Not sure where it was though, but remember reading it on here.

don't work to rule, work your hours only and do anything asked of you by management within your daily hours.
