today i got my 20 year service award a lovely box opened up to find a small silver royal mail pin/badge,is this all you get

Yep very sad for 30!years got to go to lingfield races,as much plonk and Buffett you can eat a free bet and a choice from the catalogue,and a tie pin and paperweight,what's happened to this company???

Must admit I didn't want anything for my 20 year service apart from extra leave. Who cares? Its a job, as long as I get paid every week, I'm satisfied.
