WE NEED UPDATING!

Post by stephen500 »

Here is an e-mail i sent to Billy Hayes and Dave Ward.

Dear Billy and Dave,
I appreciate that you are in the middle of delicate negotiations but a lot of members , including myself, are becoming very frustrated when you promise information on our website and it does not appear.

For example see below: Your site never did make the update and it is very annoying! Just a few lines at the end of each day would ease a lot of anger.

If you want to see how annoyed members are go to www.royalmailchat.co.uk. Please update us!

scroll down for example of not updating!

But does that mean that nonsensical later start revisions will be withdrawn?

What do you think?

The whole process has been a total disaster.

Txt I received at 10.27 from area rep. Just had a call, the PEC have accepted the deal on condition that all ex action and sanctions are removed. The PEC meet again on Monday Some ammendments have been agreed. DEAL NOT THERE YET.

Anyone got more details yet?

What pay deal? What about flexibility? And how about our pensions? Later starts?

I'm not convinced that we're gonna see anything worth the effort we have put into the dispute.

We could have the ultimate 'gun to the head' for Royal Mail in the lead-up to Christmas, but are the PEC going to snatch a sh*tty compromise rather than lead us to a victory worth crowing about?

After starting off wanting a pay rise above inflation and no strings, what are they going to offer us?

Might have to kick out the deal yet. :hmmmm
When it comes down to it, full-time release reps like me don't have to do the job, the ordinary rank and file do.
Full-time reps sometimes need reminding who they represent. There's no time like the present...
