Polling cards

What is the correct procedure when you have a polling card for someone who has moved from that address and is having their mail redirected, do we redirect it or return it to sender?

Not your problem.

You could say that about a lot of redirected mail. I redirect special offers for the local garden centre, Bingo etc to New Zealand.

In my office all staff had a printed notice left on their frames detailing exactly what to do with poll cards regarding redirections etc.

Surely this wasn't just in my office as I can't imagine the managers coming up with such a simple, good idea.

Is the decision not to redirect postal votes to overseas addresses one made by RM or is it law? The redirection T's&C's provide for non redirection of certain items prohibited by law.
