Your DO Full time to part time ratio

I work in a small office of 23 walks.

Currently our staff consists of

21 full time ( one has just started maternity leave / another is leaving in a week or so ) so 19 FT posties very soon.
10 Part Time ( 24 hours )
roughly 54% full time OPG's

Ours is a bigger office but probably around the same ratio, I don't know the exact figures though

Ours is smaller with 15 walks. Only 9 F/T including PHG and about 17 P/T (3 of them 24hr contract). Office relies on overtime and the suckers who come in before their time. I was the last one to be made up to F/T 6 and a half years ago.

Would guess about 130 or 140 staff. As far as I know all full time.

6 full time duties and 1 X 4hr duty.
5 full timers, 1 of which is holiday cover & 5 part timers.
1 X 32 hrs
2 x 24 hrs
1 X 25 hrs
1 X 16 hrs
Work from back of post office so no callers office or PHG's.

Surely thats like a third part time and not a half of staff

Think there are about 80 staff at our office around half part time not had anyone made up to full time or starting for about 10 years now

should have been 34%
