employee survey

I think most people are expecting the results of our employee survey to be dire, but does anyone know when to expect the results? and do they HAVE to tell us?

I'm particularly interested in our DOs results and the changes from last year.

I wouldn't be surprised if we hear nothing. Or if we do it'll be something like

- 5% say they are happy in their workin environment
- 11% say we are giving excellent customer service
- 9% feel happy and secure in their job
- 2% would recommend the job to a friend or family member

Royal mail not paying your overtime... bullied into working over your time.... then not paying you..

99.5 % OF THE EMPLOYEE SURVEY.... says they are being treated like dog s h I t ..

As a business that really needs to be addressed urgently.

Well,yes you may be correct in your assertions,that however,does not excuse the culture that is now ingrained within this company,which feeds into your point about being unhappy.
Incidentally,do you write for Courier? The mindset is there in your post.

Leaflet doesn't say much but results don't look that great.

Approx 130K employees total = about 109K completed them.

Doesn't mean a thing as it could means 2,000 post delivery staff leave and move to difficult career as they hated it, then new people come in and they will be more enthusiastic than long serving post delivery staff. It is waste of time reading the useless card in the post.

Total waste of money do you feel valued No they cut our long service award for a paper exercise and god knows what this so called survey cost the business! Yet they quibble over paying for overtime what a f****d up company we all work for they at the top are obsessed by figurers and not common sense never in all my life have I seen such stupidity by any business in the UK.
