Today was quite busy - given it was after Bank Holiday Monday - but will tomorrow be light as a result?

Usually the Wednesday after a bank holiday is a lot like a Tuesday.

It's Thurs/Fri that are the b*****d days

Ours is forecast as very light with much lapsing. Today was particularly quiet for attendance calls. Thursday is already planned for with extra early ips on top of the dozen already in at 5 every day

Home by 11.15 and had work time boring,spent half hour standing around waiting for lorry as well and day of tomorrow whoop whoop

Felt like a normal Wednesday. Mail might have been slighter lighter but packets seemed normal. Had about 15 large packets and 10 specials as well, on a single driving duty.

Disaster zone at my depot, after we were told last week to swap Tues/Weds hours for this week, rows of untaken mail on most walks when I got back from cutting off myself.

I worked my rest day today. Didn't feel like a Tuesday would do. Postal votes arrived into our office this morning - the joy.
