Anyone have any paper work on how this works? I've been working overtime some weeks and wonder what it takes to get a contract increase?

a miracle.
normally, they just run and run, you may get a new 6 month one or even a perm PT contract next.
had 3 pt in our office working FT hours since way before xmas, not had a contract increase, in fact they have all now been told they are dropping back to their pt hours as of this week.

Just be aware, if a review is done and extra hours are put into the office they may not actually go to you, they would go to the most senior part timer who wants them not necessarily the person who is currently working them
so if you push it you may actually inadvertently cut your own hours
