If they are asking you to sign a non-disclosure agreement involving that sort of stuff then you need independent legal advice, as without you going into too many details its impossible to give you a blanket answer, either way.

Non-disclosure forms are deliberately left vague and open-ended, so yeah, leave and say what you like, but you could soon have very expensive litigation to fight,and if you lose and RM are awarded costs remember that RM only uses £300+ per hour barristers..

Also depending on what you disclose you may actually break the law and as such if rm push for a prosecution those costs if convicted could be taken out of your pension pot
