3 months to fill a vacancy??

Should it really take 3 months to fill a vacancy?? 3 months of saving money I guess??? Are we that poor?? Local people keen for the job not on line people miles away!!? The red tape in this company is ridiculous!! Lapse this absorb this cover that!! Blah blah!!!

allowed to drag it out to 6 months on way forward unfortunately unless it takes your office over 5% vacancies in which case should be done immediately

We have had duties vacant for 2 years +

Think we are running about 6-7 short just now out of about 40 duties

I think they use it as a test to see if the office can survive being a man down, so they know if they can save more hours.

Yea i have said this and they say there is a revision happening so cant. Which is a lie as we all demanded walks where too big and they go remove 2 walks and havent done anythint since been 12 months now

go above him to area rep then and keep going up till you get to someone who will fight to get the national agreement enforced

I was told I would be filling a vacancy that has been available for over a year now...1 of 3 vacancies that is!
