Any possible repercussions for doing this? We usually have a collection list on our new PDA, but today it was ad-hoc. I usually only collect from this box once a week and not actually on my delivery. I only realised I forgot it when I got home. I tried calling the office but no answer and I don't have the managers numbers, so sent a message on Facebook. I have only done this once before many years ago when I forgot my collection keys on afternoon SA.

Did you empty it? If so, not quite as bad as not emptying it or scanning it.

Either way the fact you made an attempt to let them know covers you in all fairness, I wouldn't stress it, mistakes happen. We had to adhoc on Saturday as well due to some problem loading routes, therefore you have mitigating circumstances.

Don't worry about it - the fact you turned up for work should be enough. Plenty of people at my place don't do that on a regular basis and nothing is done about it.

Pretty sure a collection that has been adhoc'd is classed as a failure anyway. Would be pretty low for manager to pull you up for it as I'm sure they provided you an up to date list of collections for that particular day!! Easy to miss one that's done once a week.

No it isn't.
It has to be checked and assigned in blackbay, at which point it is classed as successful.

The more important point here is which idiot chose to do an overhaul of the system while it was still in use?
Sometimes, I wish I wasn't a Rep.

Probably some f**k turd on a packet while we get the grief I say SACK THE TWAT WHO CAN NOT DO THE JOB! I could do his IT job and sit on my arse all day and still get it right he must not work Saturdays as he completely cocked it up what a buffoon still if he does get sacked he will be well qualified for a manager!
