Annual Leave in December !!!!!

Hi, I am a P/T Postie on a 20hr contract, and been told that there is no leave allowed in December
Where does it it state that no annual leave can be granted in December?????

It's the Christmas pressure period, has always been the case. It's in the annual leave agreement section of the way forward agreement if you need official confirmation.

If you are lucky and have the right connections in your depot, you might get a week off after Xmas Day (w/c 26/12).

Its not the whole of December. Only Christmas Pressure , usually 9 th to 24th, You can have the 25th off Moya is generous to a fault.

At our place it is the four weeks leading up to Christmas, this year that starts w/c 28 Nov 16.
