They're always poor.
The bullet points we get as feedback are a triumph of creative interpretation or bullshit if you like.

We know the job, what works, how our duty works etc , but do they listen no ! Its all save save save , and some god awful ideas they have started or are starting. All in the name of greed. Why do we need so much ,,,bosses, place could run itself .

ours were bad for a few years always had the team coming to "talk" to us, one year they had the nice little flip chart with 25% that thought work time learning was any good, next to it was however 95% of staff attend the work time learning, when i said " i was under the impression WTL was mandatory therefore your figures are bull", i was told to see my manager, so i got up and walked out, i did see the DOM later lol

Doesn't really matter really, we haven't had any feedback in the nine years i have been with RM, so no change there. Pressurised to fill the form out but never any feedback.

I dont see the point in these surveys, even a company that looked after its employees really well would get largely negative feedback, its just something about filling in those forms that people will never give particularly positive answers imo - especially when forced to fill them in.

Its only so the business can prove it listens to the views of their workforce. Engagement and other such jargon.

Ours were consistently low. Loads of noise made at first and now its gone quiet, brushed under the carpet again no doubt!
