moving employment within royal mail

Hi guys. Just wanted to know, if anyone can advise, if I wanted to move from one delivery office to another and I applied for a vacant position would I need to go through the external route or is there an internal transfer system in place?

if you want to go to another delivery office, go there and ask to speak the Dom and then he/she will make it happens faster.

Have you tried putting in a grievance against your current managers ?

But its always better to try both the unofficial and the official approach at the same time, doing it officially slows it down, doing it unofficially can mean it doesn't happen. Doing both at the same time should minimise both problems.
