I have recently learned that one of our opg's in my office was asked to change what he put in the survey by the manager. He had ticked the box asking if you have witnessed bullying in the work place and stated it was by the manager, the dom then heard of this pulled him in the office and told him to change it otherwise it might lead to a conduct issue. The dom then produced a letter for the opg to copy and then the dom sent this off. I had approached a div rep about this but he said it probably wont go anywhere so I was just wandering is any of you had a different opinion??

So bullied into changing an answer on bullying.is there a job out out there with this amount of mad stuff that goes on everyday.

He told us in a discussion about it in the canteen and then somebody told the dom. And yes he did bully the opg in to changing his bullying claim!!!

Did this person also bring the DOM an apple?
Sometimes the amount of lack of balls and downright slimy shiftless w*****s in an office never ceases to amaze me.

I still don't understand this.
You fill in the form and you put it in a sealed envelope.
If he then told people who told the DOM what he had put, how did they find his survey without opening all the others?
Did they read them all until they found the right one?

What if he had just denied writing anything about bullying?

This is the bit I don't get, how would they know what form is his as there could be more than one that ticked the bullying question.
