Stage 3 attendance review
I'm currently awaiting the outcome of my stage 3 attendance review, this has been going on for the past few weeks now as I was referred to atos because of my mental health illness. I couldn't go into work today as the stress this is putting me under is beginning to effect me outside of work. I have been advised by my CWU rep that I would be covered under the equalities act but I am on the verge of breaking point with anxiety and worry, can anyone give me some reassuring advice?

Yes over the telephone on Friday but I was first advised about the stage 3 over 3 weeks ago so feels as though it's dragged on. Had a stage 3 previously for the same thing and was advised if off work due to my illness to provide doctors lines which I have done but here I am back at this stage again.

Do you mind if I ask. Is your health issues work related, personal or both? The business should tread carefully. The stresses of the job can be too much and they should help. Id try and hang it out whilst actively looking for alternative employment then tell em to poke it. Good luck, hope you get things sorted.
