If the SA in our office is for the delivery of bulk parcels for the four barrow rounds can the Manager ask us to do other work within that SA time?

In essence yes - as they are paying you and as long as what they ask is reasonable.

However SA hours sometimes have their own contract, have you checked yours.

Is it because there is a lack of parcels for the 4 hct walks or do they just want you to cover something else?
