Election Mail delivery

Hi quick question that someone might be able to answer.
The Voting guides are being delivered here in Gibraltar to our electorate,around 20,000, is this also happening in Uk?Is there any mail being sent to electorate homes from the Electoral Commission Uk and if so is this being delivered during working hours or is there a extra payout/overtime for this mail.
Any help is appreciated as here we tend to get the back end of all agreements and we never find out if any special payments or allowances are paid for these bulk mail deliveries. :Very Happy

If they are the red ones they came for us this week as a Door to door and there is no payment for them. The same for a white heavy one we got back in April.

We've had some individually addressed cards from the 'remain' campaign this week - no postage markings on them and we are being paid. Only about a third of the houses had one.
Royal Mail
failing the workforce, failing the public and deliberately failing mail on a daily basis for too many years.

On my walk was less than a third then had half the poll cards today
