Hello everyone
I've searched high and low using all the terms I can think of to obtain a digital/electronic copy of the Application Form for Paid and Unpaid Union Leave.
I cannot find this for love nor money. Does anyone happen to have a digital/electronic copy I can have?
I'm currently using a photocopy paper based version that was Revised in June 2005 and has the reference Form A v3.1
As a person keen to save the planet and with terrible handwriting, I'd like an electronic copy so I can fill it in online and submit it to the relevant people via email. I will of course resort to paper if it is the only way, but I hoped there was an alternative means out there.
Please note, I do not have access to Royal Mail Intranet, thus I cannot use any programs they may have available.
Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Have you spoken to your branch secretary? It's usually them who arrange the union release time

I know, but all I'm ever given is a photocopy to photocopy.
If no one has an electronic version, I'll stick to this method.
Thank you

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

I might be corrected on this, lol ...
For example, the release request is made by the Rep to the DOM. The DOM goes on PSP and sends the form to the Branch Secretary to complete - copies are held by the Branch, HR and the DOM verifying whether the Release is paid or unpaid and who actual pays for the release - Royal Mail or CWU.
