Just look at last years ,that should give an indication as to the state of the place. I doubt much will have changed since then.pants123 wrote:Ive not heard anything about this years employee survey results....

Good news travels fast, the rest is hidden. If we get any feedback, it will be the first time in 9 years.

The Employee Survey is the most effective way we have of capturing the voices of all our employees.
This year 84% of all colleagues completed the survey. As one of the largest predominantly paper-based surveys in the UK, this is a fantastic achievement. The average completion rate for research of this size is 67%.
Rachel Blackett, our head of culture and engagement, said: ‘Our survey is the best way for us to understand how motivated, valued and recognised our people feel. Thank you to everyone who took the time to take part in the survey.’
Individual teams will receive their engagement and customer focus index score shortly, before the full results for each team are available at the end of May.
Managers have now received unit and team level Engagement and Customer Focus Index scores from this year’s Employee Survey. These are two key measures from our annual Employee Survey. The company level Index scores will be announced at the end of May.
Our survey partner, Ipsos MORI is in the process of collating and analysing the full results for all teams. These will be available at the end of May, when our online reporting and action planning tool Archway, will also be available.
To help build our understanding of the results, regional and functional focus groups will be taking place with frontline colleagues. A workshop with colleagues and union representatives from across the business will then help shape the Royal Mail Group engagement plan with the areas of improvement we need to focus on.
Our head of culture change and engagement Rachel Blackett said: ‘Acting on the feedback from your people is the most important part of the Employee Survey process. Once the full team results are available, we would like every team to work together to develop their action plan to address the areas that matter most.’

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

What on earth are you expecting? If this survey changed anything Royal Mail wouldn't do it. As for this Rachel non Job ,don't get me started, I bet she's on £35k a year. There's a saving straight away, along with 75% of senior management.Jpro747 wrote:If we get a load of bs I'm never filling one in again, waste of time, waste of paper, waste of employing the people who make up this crap
