Does anyone out there know what's happening about the David Mitchell case? It seems to have gone awfully quiet.

All I know is there's to be a re ballot because Royal Mail challenged the Union on several accounts. Either to many people had ballot papers or none at all.

It's back to the drawing board and I am sure we will get the same result again which will be a yes.

I don't know how to access Tribunal cases and don't even know where you got the case no. Can you not get it from wherever you got that from?

the case number was from official cwu letter we got yesterday and they encourage us to go and access the link which was probably missing from this letter..only case number..asked cwu but got a reply to 'access it on tribunal website' but being honest it is difficult to find unless i am doing something wrong..

They are balloting various offices in phases,they are making sure everything is being done right.
It takes time.
