part timer working 45+ hrs a week
I joined on a 30 hour part time contract in December 2013. I have worked an average of 45+ hrs a week since joining. Our office has 3 full time duty vacancies. I have been told by our Dom that i can apply for any of the duties, as the most senior part time reserve, but will not be moved on to a full time contract, despite the hours being allocated to the office. A number of full timers have left this year, but are being replaced by 20hr contract part timers. Any thoughts please?

If you successfully sign for a full time duty, you get made full time, end of. To deny that would be employment tribunal grounds.
It may be worth looking at, and getting your rep to look at, section 2.7.7 of the Agenda for Growth Agreement. In short, if you've been planned and actually worked hours above your contract, you should be offered increased contracted hours.
