review 3

hi been on delivery for a number of years now.hit a review 3 a couple of years ago but kept my job.been issued a stage 2 recentley then off again due to illness.so now review 3 prompt.bricking it to be honest,me thinks its time to find another job.any chance of being put back to a stage 2?also the review 3 promt was also down to personnal issues.any idea how long it takes for a review 3 to come through?not looking good me thinks

go in with AREA rep. an RTU (reason to urge) is for you to give them a reason why they should not sack you. there could be mitigating circumstances why you were off all these times to trigger a stage 3. maybe the 2nd or first stages should not have been issued, or were issued wrongly. the area rep will go over all the paperwork with you and if he can spot something untoward, he will bring it up. he will also tell you your chances. but make sure its the area or even div rep who goes in with you. good luck.
