Displaying individual walk performance isn't allowed is it?

In our office the DIM is displaying, in block graph form, the walks with the highest amount of parcels that have failed FTD.

If the purpose is to humiliate the people on these duties then it is simply bullying. Where is the rep? (Sounding a bit like Postman!)

How do they know which packets were failed by the duty holder, which by the rest day cover, which by the HCT support if appropriate?
The figures are simply bollocks. Royal Mail is embarrassing.

If they spent as much time supporting us as they did trying to catch us out/bully/harass/annoy us then they might be worth actually working for.

Yesterday for example, my loop buddy got called into the office only to be asked what he does with mail if he's not sure about it? What sort of question is that!!

Such a fine line between the pros and cons of this job one has to ask if it's worth it

We were told today over the tanoy the duties who are not performing to the, standard . Some of these guys are too scared to put in overtime too , theyv notput in for a cpl years approx . Its sickening what they are doing to staff morale etc . I honestly feel like coming out. Of the union after bein in near 20 years , they way the staff are bein treated , threatened , told were not good enough and so on,,. . £3.56 in a jar sounds like an option now.

I can't see any other reason other than to embarrass/humiliate etc.
FTD is something that is completely out of our hands! I quite happily try a neighbour but if no-one is in what are we supposed to do? - Displaying how many parcels I didn't FTD on a board for all to see is not going to change anything!!

They did it in our office so at a wtl I said what is a p739 to be used for to tell customers that ptk is in blue bin that put an end of high lighting people doing the job properly just bring them back that's why we deliver items

This is bullying and harassment simple as -id strongly advise you to take action and not take this sh!t anymore

Is there a graph on who comes in early and who doesn't ?
Unless everyone starts at the same time its all irrelivent about parcel deliveries

I believe it is acceptable to highlight or display how the office or a duty is performing. However,it would become unacceptable or be deemed as bullying if individuals are 'named'

Yeah total bollox there's too many variables for example the walk pairing next to ours regularly has only half the amount of parcels our pairing gets so even if we deliver the same percentage of items then we're obviously going to bring more parcels back than they do, as usual the playing field isn't level.

Penpushers sat on their pc all day making things up like charts and notices, copying, laminating, printing etc, linos are not needed anymore - WASTE OF CASH.

Seem to remember a list like that in our office. I must say it inspired me [to bring more tracked back] When asked if there was nowhere to leave them my reply was
"I am not compromising the integrity of the mail just so your figures look good" the subject was never mentioned again. With the useless inept excuse we have at the moment managing us there are lots of little victory's to be had. After 40years working I am fortunate to be in a position where I can afford to take no crap at work.
Feel sorry for the younger one's with kids, morgages etc because that's what management rely on to apply pressure.
