Our office is at breaking point , not paying you overtime, whats the reason for this ot? You need retrained, conduct code, talking to you like children, the mails under so were not paying any ot , sick absence through roof, patronising you one minute then telling you your not good enough . Takes a breath,,,,,. Certain posties are not up to standard (says that over tanoid)! Why are you bringing 10 packets back , counselling , could go on , and i did lol Really detest what they are doing to the staff and the company , oh the union mans invisible too as hes long gone . !!!

Quite a few in our office have quit recently (two didn't even have jobs to go to, they had simply had enough). Still, I bet there'll be a manager or an RM apologist along any minute now to tell you to man up and that it isn't as bad as you're making out.

in our office because the revision clearly didn't work many people were booking extended so they try'd this on that lasted for about 2 days: "You now have to inform the line manager once your all in so he or she can look at your frame and call rate and packet ratio to agree if extended needs to be booked"

it went straight back to normal in no time they have not got a clue we get stuff from them like " ohh so en so can get round it and not book extended whys it always you lot who keep going over?"

If they wont pay you OT you have worked bring it back.Then make sure its delivered by someone else that day. If not let moya know that your delivery failed. If your manager didnt report it as a failiure. he SHOULD be for the high jump! DOMs will always try and cover up their failings from those above them and its a serious matter if they dont.

Why isn't RM and the union doing anything about these bullying and harrasing managers? This has got to stop imo, loads going off for months with mental health problems like depression, anxiety as a result. Been going on for years and nothing ever gets done about it. Surely its worse for the company paying out all the sick pay???

This has to be the biggest myth going around at the moment. Keep reading/hearing that all these posties will be leaving in October when they can sell their shares. I really can't see that a couple of grand is going to be enough for all these people to jack in a job and chance their arm at getting another.

no, its not enough on its own, but people who may have left in the past 6 months or so may just be waiting to get the shares and then leave,

Are you scared to cut off ?????
Why go over and then get moaned at by the manager for paying O/T ???
Just go in at your start time and finish at your finish time its not rocket science.

If you haven't finished your round ,bring it back

Some of us go over because we like having big juicy overtime payments at the end of the week..some of us are paying off cars..or trying to save up for a house deposit...it's not rocket science...
