Postmen left on their own

Today we had no Manager no lino no Worktime coach
Nobody in charge at all.
So we was left to get on with it, what happens, due to driver shortages our 2nd run of Walksorted and parcels turned up very late.
Lots of cut offs and lapsing left .
Nobody to take anything out on OT as may not get paid
If RM can't be assed to get anyone in that's their problem

You couldn't write this could you?? Am sure we will read all about it in the courier??? Mmmm maybe not.hats off to you guys for dealing with it as best you can,but it's a mess isn't it,very sad to say the least. Am sure Moyà is well aware???

Sounds to me that only a few (10?) OPGs should have been inside the depot at any one time, if a senior member of the callers office staff was in (i.e. just like when overtime OPGs return to the depot long after managers have left the building).

This scenario sounds like what we could be faced nationally if the mangers strike goes ahead, are there clear official guidelines?

How many walks in the office ? I could see it happening with small office but big office I don't think so.
