BEING IHR
Sorry " Pacific" and I am not being a pessimist but has RM agreed to OH Assist recommendation of IHR. If so it will move quicker than you think and your payment could be in your bank account within 2 weeks once it has been endorsed.Pacific wrote:Hello all, saw the OH assist doctor today and I am being IHR which is a relief . Does anybody know what happens now in terms of how long it takes for them to pay you off. Thank you

BEING IHR
Well rehabron, I had a meeting with the DOM about a month ago and he spoke to me about IHR and to be fair I agreed it was the only way forward for both parties. Today the doctor said he would recommend I get IHR ,so I suppose it's the end of my RM careerrehabron wrote:Sorry " Pacific" and I am not being a pessimist but has RM agreed to OH Assist recommendation of IHR. I am getting the impression from your last post that you are reluctant to leave under IHR and not knowing the full extent of your medical condition or the future prognosis of your conditions on specialist reports etc. or returning to your normal duty but has your union rep explored other avenues for you such as adjustment to duty, rehabilitation programme allowing time for recovery before IHR is implemented.Pacific wrote:Well rehabron, I had a meeting with the DOM about a month ago and he spoke to me about IHR and to be fair I agreed it was the only way forward for both parties. BEING IHR
Morning rehabron. No I want IHR. Done the scoping exercise and nothing suitable for me. I've had my health condition for a number of years now and it a lot worse without going into to much detail. Many thanks for your replies. It's really appreciated
