Sadly Stephen500 the longer these protracted talks continue the more your words ring true. Its now very nearly the case of its not RM grinding us down but the CWU. Once more it would appear that we have fallen for RM's delaying tactics. 7 days notice must be given immediately to enable rolling strikes to continue as early as possible. The strike action can always be called off if positive progress is made during the talks or failing that A&A can find another Judge to call em off for us.Any official action requires seven days notice, and our union is not smart enough to have given that notice last monday as a fall back position if the pec rejected the deal!

Beeston havent got any b***s......there are so many people doing loads of overtime...defeats the odject of striking really!! i`m talking about the late shift.........cant comment on the other shifts but they can do anything to the late shift and they will just stand back and let them....union leadership here is useless!!!!!!
