No - the tories privatised us - they like market forces. Banning DSA wouldn't fit into their ethos.
My own opinion. RM is unlikely to be nationalised except under a left wing Labour Government, and if we vote Brexit and Wales and Scotland decide to secede to remain in the EU (possible) then the Tories are a shoe in for eternal government and we will never be nationalised. In fact, we 'll probably be broken up into competing companies like the railway.
