Stage warnings

Hi Guys, anyone can help me here? If someone is on long term sick then on returning to work when does the stage warning get issued. For instance If somebody returns to work on January 4th 2016 then has a welcome back meeting two days later Jan 6th then a month on February 4th they get a letter about a attendance meeting then a decision is made does the stage warning start from Jan 4th or the day they had the attendance meeting Feb 4th or the result day.?

The stage lasts 6 months since the last day off sick.
Get your rep involved. Return to works are meant to be done first day back and the meeting should have taken place a few days after, not a month. That's rediculous

The clock will start ticking from the date of your letter advising you of the decision concerning your absence.

Thats wrong information given.

It starts from when you are given the decision of the warning FEB 4th.
