MRM.COM : Employee Survey Completed by 84% of you

The Employee Survey is the most effective way we have of capturing the voices of all our employees.

This year 84% of all colleagues completed the survey. As one of the largest predominantly paper-based surveys in the UK, this is a fantastic achievement. The average completion rate for research of this size is 67%.

Rachel Blackett, our head of culture and engagement, said: ‘Our survey is the best way for us to understand how motivated, valued and recognised our people feel. Thank you to everyone who took the time to take part in the survey.’

Individual teams will receive their engagement and customer focus index score shortly, before the full results for each team are available at the end of May.

One of the benefits of a Sub office that sees the Dom once in a blue moon is that all we get is bits of paper to read , I think only one in our office filled the survey in , the rest of us popped them In a post box

I would have sat there all day and said, I am giving each question due consideration.

I was given mine, had to sign some nonsense to say I had been given it, I was supposed to hand it back and they sign to confirm, I took it home, filled it in honestly (they won't like it) and popped it in a letter box.

No it's not. We are now all shareholders in RM and the AGM is the best platform for raising grievances and concerns all out in the open. Over to you CWU

Told them I wanted to fill the survey in at home. They said that they were giving us the time to fill it in, told them they were actually taking time from my duty time. They got pissy and took the thing off me and I never saw it again.

How do they know how many people filled out surveys?

With the way the surveys are formatted, couldn't one person filled out multiple and nobody would be any the wiser.
