This year 3% pay rise.
Next year move to five day deliveries. (Must cut either sat or mon)

year All move to 30 hour contracts with 30 min unpaid break per day

Money saved from losing floaters from year 2 (all voluntary redundancies of course) would be offset against current pt getting pay rise to match current ft time pay.
That would solve the reduced indoor workload without going to 6 hour delivery spans.

For letters and flats that might happen, for packets i think long term it'll the the opposite, RM will want to introduce Sunday deliveries, maybe with weekend only staff

Our rumour was lose 4 and a half hours per week but get 3 and a half percent pay rise over 3 years.

They can shove the pay rise....

Working safely and in good health and not being forced bullied into impossible work loads and expect u to lapse....

The health and safety executive needs calling in...

Loads going on sick leave now.....

Being butchered...

Can't see any weekdays being cut out of deliveries. Imagine all the businesses around the country being told they aren't getting any mail that day - it would be carnage. I can see in time a 7 day a week service with existing staff covering the 7 days on a rotating basis
