We've had a couple of people who have gone sick ( no surprise there ), but the question I want answered is this,
They have phoned up their manager at the earliest time informing them that they won't be in for the next couple of days, like they're supposed to, but then later in the day they are then phoned up by the Dom asking how long are they going to be off for, being told they looked alright yesterday, so why are they not in work.
IS THIS NOT HARRASMENT?
Can someone tell me the correct procedure for someone who goes sick and phones in on the same day, do they have to phone in every day you are off?
