im pretty sure you cant buy it. Even if you go over your allocation you can get replacement uniform if you have uniform that isnt fit for purpose.

Uniform is allocated over a certain time period. Shoes are "suppose" to last a certain amount of time, trousers and polo tops/shirts are issued less often, waterproofs are issued once every three years (I think). If you need items early than this, for me on delivery I go through shoes quickly, you need to go to your line manage and ask for a replacement and state the reason, shoes worn, trousers ripped, etc. have the item with you to show him if he doubts you. He then should order it for you and he needs to put this reason in. You then should be supplied with it. You can also order online, you have to place a reason in the comments box why you need a replacement before the time period of issue has elapsed. Do not buy uniform, you don't need to and you are wasting your own money on something Royal Mail gives us for free.

why not buy a nurse uniform instead ;) Don't waste your money on Royal Mail uniform. if you only have 5 shirt and you need more, you can order more once you gone past 12 months or 2 years then you will have them for nothing. There should be new uniform coming in near future.

The lengths of time RM expect uniform to last is ridiculous tbh. Shoes are supposed to last two years...I've never had a pair of shoes last two years in my life!

Most uniform is two years.
PPE - High viz stuff you can replace yearly
and shoes are expected to last around 6 month - two pairs a year, although we really need double that
