e mails with postoffice broadband

apparently there is a major problem with the postoffice broadband e mails its been down for over 30 hours (for me) no mention on the web site but all over the country people have been unable to send or receive emails , customer services know about it but have no idea when it will be fixed or what is going on . just say they are hopefull it will be fixed some time today , which is what they said yesterday

any one else or is it just me???

so its not just me then it must be 1000s of customers, their customer service still have no idea what is going on or a time frame to be back to normal , what really pisses me off is still no mention on the web site , apparently it is a major outrage what ever that means

I cant understand how do they get away with it ,
