deputy managers

Evening all, just wondering how much deputy managers are on a week, I know workplace coaches are on an extra £36 a week but they seem to do a bit more than deputy's in our office,

Junior managers IE postman who also "manage" get £92 extra I do believe.
Night covering managers get about £135 night rate PW too

I'm on £229 on a flat 24 p/t postie wage and around £410 as a Dep Manager on f/t hours.

That's hardly fair! When we compare prostitution and RM managers we can clearly see that one of them provides a valued service in difficult, not to say hazardous, conditions whilst RM managers sit in a nice warm and dry office whilst avoiding members of the public!
