Now you are taking the piss. Unite/CMA Managers are being balloted for industrial action (short of going on strike I believe) over their pay offer.
I too was at the Policy Forum yesterday/today and can confirm that no formal offer has been made by Royal Mail at this point in time to the CWU in respect to pay. Negotiations have not started on the matter.
