Wilful delay?

Apparently doesn't apply to management.

We had a van share delivery uncovered in our office last week due to 1 partner being on A/L and the other off sick.

Mon - wasn't even prepped
Tue - prepped but not taken out
Wed - 1 frame taken out on overtime, other only half
Thu - 1 frame taken out, 1 left
Fri - both taken out, half brought back
Sat - cleared by 3 PT staff, unsure if any brought back.

In all of this none of the 7 D2Ds touched and the regulars are due back next week with another 5 D2Ds. So just the 12 for them to deliver next week

Now if you or I was to neglect a duty for even a day you'd be marched into the DIMs office and done for wilful delay.
So how is this ok for managers?

So how is this ok for managers?
Management discretion they can deploy their resource's anyway they need and who will report them for leaving mail if they chose to do so. If I was you keep silent and look how they get away with it but think very carefully before you report them as they are the strongest union in the whole royalmail they all collude and keep it that way for themselves.

If management have reported it in their DODR - delivery office daily report and probably mentioned it in their morning conference call then all is above board.

Never going to happen they like a clean carpet just sweep the bad news under it.
