How many steps do You take in a working day?

Does any one like using the iphone app? I clocked 23,000 today? Council tax didnt help lol

That's a lot more than me. My average is about 15,000. That said, I'm on a part-time duty, 27 hours a week. I have 430 addresses but they're mostly on a new estate so no front gardens or long paths with some terraces and flats thrown in.

Oh heavens this old chestnut again. Any minute now you'll get people telling you that such stats are false, unbelievable, absurd and just the result of boys playing with toys. I stated a similar thing to yourself once on this site. My ears are still ringing from the outrage it caused! Massive overreaction in my opinion.

At the minute with my fractured ankle and broken leg zero.But before the accident my worse day was 31,000 steps but usually it's around the 23/25000 steps.Again strides could be the big difference,but still a tramp in anyone's terms.Average around 12/15 miles A day.

Just over 24k today. It's a long trek! Admittedly was busy but averages between 18-25k

26000 today,my record is 34000 when doing a night shift as well as walk.Would be more but iPhone battery does not last a double shift

yesterday I did 26,000 steps then I had to go home and lick t' road clean wit tongue whilst working 26 hours down t pit.
