Anyone else's office falling apart?
Anyone else's office falling apart due to doing the job properly?
Loads of people sick, loads people left and replaced by part timers. Now not enough hours in the office.
Managers out delivering till all hours.
Why did they want us to take away our goodwill?
I wonder if they are conducting an experiment to see whether they can gain efficiency by removing j & f.
The answer is a big NO.

Ours is falling apart now becasue so many of the strikers are now accepting the question "would you like to come in early - 5am" and help clear the backlog ---- which was caused because we all striked over later start time etc, and now these goons are back in again at their "normal" times helping out. You couldn't make it up.
All this s**t about being skint/no money available - f**k that - do not help out

When I got back from delivery yesterday manager asked me if I wanted to cut and tip then do some asap. Just said NO otherwise I might have said something else . But we have got some idiot that have been asked to start at 5am and they are. Just last week they put the starting times back. Things will change next week when the network goes to later starts. Iam on hol.

:lfo thought we were meant to be working till 2.15 in are office. but are manager asks NONE STRIKERS ( to put it politely) if they can deliver packets after they have done there round. but they have finished there round for 12.15,then starting on overtime booking 2 hours and still going home the same time of us proper posties. really pisses us off.we have also got a lot of tossers coming in at 5 to try and clear backlog. PILOCKS

In our office pretty much bit all off the above, basic picket hardcore working to h&s job as should be done.
strikers(non picket) 75% the same, lots of pi**ed off posties will answer the call if needed though sure of that.
stay strong and win, TO THE END BROTHERS !!!! :lfo :lfo :cfo :cfo :lfo :lfo :cfo :cfo

We've been doing the job properly and no o/t for a few weeks but a few are cracking now and starting to go over. Manager thinks we're not helping out cos the union reps told us not to they don't realise it's cos we're sick of being treated like s**t. We've got about 5 managers a day there and strike breakers from other offices but the mail's still nowhere near being cleared. On the 29th October the manager is forcing in a revision by executive action and we don't seem to be able to do anything about it. Fed up and F**ked off :cfo :cfo :lfo :lfo
