If a decision is made to remain under review at Attendance review 2 and not be dismissed. Does that begin on the decision date or from your last absence which in this case was 3 months ago?

Management will start from the date of your letter giving their decision that you are to remain on attendance review stage 2 but this being advised 3 months of your last absence and well outwith the timescales of the attendance procedure then they are stealing time should a further absence occur best advice is to lodge a grievance in relation to the abnormal delay in being notified and get your union rep involved.
