Hello. My father passed away and the funeral is arranged for next week. What leave am i entitled to please.

The full week I think, a guy's mother passed away at ours and got a week.

If organising the funeral, 1 week paid special leave, which can be extended by annual leave at the Managers discretion. I suffered the same situation in November so you have my sympathies.

I would also recommend keeping the Manager in the loop as to when the funeral is and when you expect to be back.

Sorry for your loss.My mother in law passed away yesterday,so I feel your pain.And she was a great woman.I am off on the sick with a badly fractured ankle/leg.But a colleague got a week off for his mother in laws funeral as he was doing the organising .

sorry for your loss its one week for parents this can be taken as one week or split up its royalmail policy on there web page and its one day for grandparents hope this helps you ?

You can also go to your Doctors and get signed off with stress as bereavement can be quite stressful.
